Okay...hey you all...back from OAC finally...in such a long stretch...bleah...what did we do today, you might ask...we did Pioneering! =P. What's pioneering? Pioneering is, simply, building structures with rope and spars...thus, a knowledge of lashings, knots and bends are required...for example, the Square Lashing, the Gym Lash, Sheet Bend, would be required to build a simple tripod...Which is what we did today...our juniors (i am proud of them) managed to build one such tripod and let all of us (yes, me included) climb it...i think i went up and down in under 1 minute. but then again, tripods are so easy to scale if you got ladders...with 3 rungs, you can go anywhere. hahaha...ooh. congrats to Evangeline...conquering her height phobia! wheee!!! -.- okay.

Today wasn't particularly interesting...what can i say about wednesdays apart from OAC? hahaha...ooh. I had to dig out my felt jester caps...gonna need them soon. =P Even though they hardly fit on my head now...they still make those jinggly sounds when i walk around!!! yay. so cute. haha...bleah...will i make an Arschloch of myself when i wear them? Hoffentlich nicht!! haha...bought them in Venice last year. I miss Venice terribly...gonna go back there one day...with its pretty cobbled streets...no cars! Boats...it's really a very beautiful city despite all the hustle and bustle of modern urban life. I mean, die Leute muessen sich immer so beeilen, trotzdem hat es eine bestimmte Schoenheit...I mean, where are you gonna find a city with such a history, hardly any modern buildings, but still so bustling with life? It's...just cool. the church bells ring every morning too! how cool is that? to wake to tolling church bells...every morning! Maybe i could do that until i eventually lose my sanity and scream~~~~~ to no end. then i'll jump over the bridge outside Ferrovia. hahaha....anyway...muss abhauen. ciao...
